What We Collect.

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number, what kind of project you’re asking about, any details you share, and any drawings or photos you attach. That’s it — we only ask for what we need to call you back.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that records standard technical information with each request — browser type, device, the pages visited, and how you found us.

The Meta pixel. This site runs the Meta pixel, the tracker Facebook and Instagram use for advertising. It tells Meta that a visitor came to our site and which pages they looked at. On the thank-you page you see after you send the form, it also tells Meta that a request was sent. That is how we can tell whether our advertising is working. The pixel sets a cookie in your browser so Meta can tell one visit from another. It is the only tracker on this site. We run no analytics script.

How We Use It.

• To respond to your inquiry — that’s the main one. You ask about a project, a real person calls you back.
• To measure our advertising. The Meta pixel is how we tell whether someone who saw our ad on Facebook or Instagram came to the site and sent a request.
• To improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever. We’re a construction company, not a data company.

Who We Share It With.

The service providers that make the website work: our website hosting and database provider (which stores form submissions securely) and our email delivery service (which sends your inquiry to our sales team). Each of these providers processes data on our behalf.

And Meta. The pixel described above sends Meta the pages you looked at on this site and, on the thank-you page, the fact that a request was sent. Meta uses it to report on how our ads are doing. What Meta does with it after that is covered by Meta’s own privacy policy. We never share your information with anyone else unless required by law.

How Long We Keep It.

Contact form submissions are kept as long as we need them to serve you — typically for the life of our business relationship. If you’d like your information deleted, just ask.

Your Choices.

• The pixel: you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, which stops the Meta pixel from recognizing your browser. You can also change what Meta does with your data in the ad preferences of your Facebook or Instagram account.
• Your information: to ask what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email sales@rsofne.com or call (508) 946-5555. We’ll take care of it.

Children.

This website is for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes.

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date above.
