Massachusetts

Where we've worked in Massachusetts.

We've built cold storage for Shaw's, Star Market, Roche Bros, Hannaford, Whole Foods, and North Coast Seafoods, plus institutions like the VA Medical Center in West Roxbury and UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester. Six of our project pages are Massachusetts jobs: Berkshire Grown in Great Barrington, Community Servings in Mansfield, ZeptoMetrix in Franklin, Black Hat Brew Works in Bridgewater, Yankee Spirits in Sturbridge, and the McGee dealership in Lenox.

353 jobs across Massachusetts since spring 2025, from Nantucket to the Berkshires.

We've built and repaired cold storage in every region of the state — Greater Boston, the South Shore and South Coast, the Cape and Islands, the North Shore and Merrimack Valley, and Central and Western Massachusetts.

What We Build

What we build in Massachusetts.

Restaurants and Grocers

Walk-in coolers and freezers for restaurants, breweries, and grocery chains — Shaw's, Star Market, Roche Bros, and Hannaford stores across the state, plus glass reach-in doors for the cooler case up front.

Cold Storage Buildings

Refrigerated warehouses and process rooms built inside existing buildings, for distribution and food processing operations that need the panel envelope to be the building, not a box dropped into one.

Panel and Door Repair

Caved walls, failed seams, and doors off their hinges — we keep panels in stock and get a crew on site fast, from a cooler in Worcester to a freezer on the Cape.

Most of Massachusetts is a same-day drive from our Lakeville shop — Boston and Worcester are under an hour, the Cape and Berkshires a bit more.
Estimates within 2 business days of the site visit.
An RSNE crew lead runs every job, site visit to final trim.

Questions from Massachusetts

Cold storage questions we hear in Massachusetts.

How fast can you get to my location for a repair?
We keep panels in stock and aim for a crew on site within one business day anywhere in Massachusetts — or as fast as we can get there, depending on distance. Worcester and Boston are usually faster than the Cape or the Berkshires.
Who handles the refrigeration and electrical?
We build and repair the box — floors, walls, ceilings, and doors. For refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing we coordinate with your refrigeration contractor, or recommend one we trust, and we line up so the install schedule lines up.
Do you repair walk-ins other companies built?
Yes. Most of our repair calls are on boxes we didn't build: caved panels, failed seams, doors off their hinges, floors that have given out. We keep panels, doors, gaskets and hardware in stock in Lakeville, so a service call is a repair, not a wait.
How long does a new walk-in or custom door take?
Estimates come within two business days of a site visit. Custom doors, built in our Lakeville shop, run two to four weeks from approved drawings. A new walk-in varies with size and site conditions — we'll give you a real number after the visit.
