Cooler, Freezer, or Both in One Box.

A combo puts two rooms in one box: a shared wall, a separate door for each room, and one footprint on your floor.

Coolers at 34°F to 41°F, freezers at -10°F to 0°F. Freezers get 5-inch or thicker walk-in freezer panels.
Polyisocyanurate foam core with R-Values up to 8.0 per inch. The higher that number, the better the wall blocks heat.
No wood and no cam-lock hardware “heat magnets.”
Indoor or outdoor, as small as 4' x 6' or up to whatever your space can hold.
Single rooms install in 2 to 4 days on site; larger boxes take 5 to 10 days.

Cam-lock kits come in standard sizes and you’re on the hook for assembly. RSNE can build around columns or the piping & plumbing in your storage area. We can perform installs at night to minimize service disruptions.

We build swing and slide doors, and install glass reach-in and pass-through doors, each fitted to your opening. We’re local, so we can service the door for its lifetime.

What does a custom walk-in cooler cost?

What’s the lead time for a custom walk-in?
Depending on the specs, we can start in as little as two weeks. Doors from our Lakeville shop ship faster than most catalog doors. Rush jobs are possible — call us.
Do you supply the refrigeration system too?
We build and install the structure: panels, doors, floors, and trim. We work with your existing refrigeration contractor or can recommend a contractor if you don’t have one.
Do you work in occupied restaurants and stores?
All the time. We work around your hours, protect the areas next to the job, and clean up after every shift.
Do you install walk-ins outside Massachusetts?
Yes. We install walk-in coolers and freezers across New England and New York, and travel for major projects nationwide. Our crews work out of Lakeville, MA.
