Controlled environment contractor questions.

What does a controlled environment build cost?

Every job is built to spec, so we don’t publish set prices. Call us for a budget figure. The free on-site evaluation turns that into a firm quote.

Can you hit a specific temperature and humidity range?

Yes. We build the envelope — panels, doors, gaskets and vapor barrier — as tight as your refrigeration and dehumidification equipment needs. Without a sealed envelope, the room can’t hold its temperature and humidity.

Can you build inside an operating facility?

All the time. We build inside labs, food plants, dispensaries, restaurants and dealerships. We protect the areas next to the work, schedule the loud work around your hours, and clean up every shift.

How much faster is an insulated metal panel (IMP) building than traditional construction?

Insulated metal panels can cut construction time by up to half, compared with a traditional build made from separate framing, insulation and siding. Panels arrive pre-insulated and pre-finished, so the outside seals faster and work starts sooner inside.

Where do you build clean rooms and grow rooms?
