What We Build

What we build in Vermont.

Ice Cream and Beverage Plants

A cooler build for Ben & Jerry's in Waterbury in 2026 — the kind of production cold storage that can't afford downtime during a run, built the same way we build for any food plant.

Grocery Chains

Cold storage work for the Shaw's store in Derby, near Newport, part of the same chain relationship that has us in Shaw's stores across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Panel and Door Repair

Panels in stock and doors built in our Lakeville shop, for food plants, grocers, and restaurants across Vermont — caved walls, failed seams, and gaskets past their life.

Bennington is about 3 hours from our Lakeville shop; Burlington is about 4 hours.
Estimates within 2 business days of the site visit.
An RSNE crew lead runs every job, site visit to final trim.

Questions from Vermont

Cold storage questions we hear in Vermont.

How fast can you get to my location for a repair?
Bennington is about 3 hours from our Lakeville shop, and Burlington is about 4. We travel for the right project — as fast as we can get there.
Who handles the refrigeration and electrical?
We build and repair the box — floors, walls, ceilings, and doors. For refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing we coordinate with your refrigeration contractor, or recommend one we trust, and we line up so the schedule works, wherever in Vermont the job is.
Do you repair walk-ins other companies built?
Yes. Most of our repair calls are on boxes we didn't build: caved panels, failed seams, doors off their hinges, floors that have given out. We keep panels, doors, gaskets and hardware in stock in Lakeville, so a service call is a repair, not a wait.
How long does a build or door take if I'm in Vermont?
Estimates come within two business days of a site visit. Custom doors, built in our Lakeville shop, run two to four weeks from approved drawings — travel time doesn't change that. A cold storage room varies with size and site conditions.
