The job
An envelope built to take daily wear.
McGee’s dealership campus on Pittsfield Road in Lenox, Massachusetts serves three brands — BMW, Audi, and Volkswagen. Its new service building had to match the showroom standard: bright, clean, and built to work hard through Berkshire winters.
Door cycles all day. Wash-downs, road salt, and temperature swings find every weak joint. The envelope had to hold up, and still look factory-clean from the customer drive.
Working with the project’s general contractor, RSNE installed the complete insulated metal panel wall envelope — crisp white panels wrapping the full service building, with trimmed openings for every bay door, man door, and window line. Completed in 2026, the building runs tight, wipes clean, and looks the part next to three luxury showrooms.
More on what we build: controlled environments.
